It’s not just kite-surfers who are planning to help raise case for local charity, Ability Dogs 4 Young People, this year.

David Whittaker from The Sun Inn in Calbourne, is planning something a little sooner and although less energetic, just as radical.

“Shave the Dave”
He’s agreed to have his beard, eyebrows and head hair shaved off later this month.

The Sun have apparently given his challenge the moniker “Shave the Dave”.

You can donate towards the funds by either popping into the Sun Inn or doing it online through Dave’s page on Virginmoneygiving.

The big shave takes place on on Friday 22nd February at The Sun Inn from 7.30pm.
