All roads lead to Smallbrook stadium tonight when the Wightlink Islanders will be looking to overcome a ten point deficit to reach the final of this year’s National League KO Cup Final at the expense of their Suffolk opponents, the Mildenhall Fen Tigers.

Joint team manager Chris Hunt is urging fans to turn out in force and roar on skipper Tom Perry and the side throughout the fifteen heat second leg that gets underway at 7pm.

Chris said,

“Our fans can play their part in us reaching the cup final, by really getting behind the side and cheering them on every inch of the way and, with their help, I firmly believe we can, and will, pull back those 10 points from the first which we lost 50-40.”

Teams for tonight (not in riding order):
Wightlink Islanders: Steve Worrall, Brendan Johnson, Chris Widman, Danny Stoneman, rider replacement for the injured Ben Hopwood, Lee Smart, Tom Perry (c).

Mildenhall: Danny Phillips, Dan Halsey (c), r/r for Jon Armstrong, Stefan Nielsen, Ben Morley, Ryan Terry-Daley, Aaron Baseby.
