If you’re in the Southampton area and happen to hear gun fire, don’t worry, it’s highly likely that it’s related to filming taking place in the docks.
Fox are in the process of filming scenes for the hit TV series ’24’ at Southampton Docks.
Explosions and gun fire planned
Letters have apparently been sent to nearby residents from Fox broadcasting company advising them to not to be ‘unnecessarily concerned’ if they hear any explosions or gun fire.
According to the BBC, ’24: Live Another Day’, which sees the British-born Canadian actor Kiefer Sutherland play former CTU agent Jack Bauer, is based in London.
Heavily guarded
If you’re thinking you might be able to get close to see some of the action, the ‘secure and private’ estate is being heavily guarded during the filming, on land and in the water.
