The Isle of Wight Fire Service are in attendance after reports of a fire in the roof space of a property in Simeon Street, Ryde.
Three pumps are in attendance along with a Bronco, tackling the fire which is described as ‘well alight’.
All residents are out of the property and safe.
Update 16:00: Following contact from a number of readers, OnTheWight just called fire control to get an update – Fire described as ‘Well underway’. There are now five appliances at the site, plus the aerial ladder in use.
