Will writing

This week is your chance to make a Will in return for charity donation

Our thanks to Paola for sharing details of this initiative. Ed

The Wessex Cancer Trust have organised our first ‘Make a Will fortnight’ which launched on 27th October and runs until Friday 7th November.

Solicitors in our region have very kindly agreed to provide a basic Will-writing service in exchange for a charitable donation.

Instead of paying the usual fee one simply makes a donation to Wessex Cancer Trust. This initiative allows to put your affairs in order for a reduced price whilst supporting a local charity.

Cancer care on the Island
Wessex Cancer Trust has a cancer support centre in Newport and a shop in Freshwater, and is also the provider of free transport services to the hospital on the mainland (Daisy Link in Southampton and the new bus service in Portsmouth) and on the Island.

Book your appointment
Eldridges Solicitors in Freshwater still have some availability for those who may want to participate and a booking can be made by calling Sarah Prince on 752492.

You can find out more about making a will and the initiative by visiting the Wessex Cancer Trust Website.
