The Vectis Corps of Drums Youth Marching Band recently celebrated with their annual presentation evening.
Every member aged 18 and under received a certificate of achievement and progression award. Additional awards were presented to other members of the band.
In 2014 the band participated in many events including fetes and carnivals. The band has approximately 40 members with half being under the age of 18
Join the band
The band has been running for 23 years and is always looking for new members aged between 7 and 70+, and any adults who would be willing to help with tutoring our growing brass section.
The band offers free use of instruments and tuition.
