Police appeal following Newport collision

Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision in Newport on Wednesday, 7 October.

At 11.40am a pedestrian, a 22-year-old woman, was involved in a collision with a Honda Jazz as she crossed the dual carriageway of Medina Way at the crossing.

The woman was taken to St Mary’s Hospital and was subsequently released following medical treatment which included stitches to cuts and some bruising
