The popular MCC Promotions 10K Run Series comes to the Isle of Wight on Sunday 25 September with the Sandown & Shanklin 10K.
Runners of all abilities are welcome to enter on the day at the Browns Cafe Sandown, between 10am and 10.45am.
Cost of entry is £15 and includes a t-shirt and medal.
The route is out and back from Sandown to Shanklin, starting opposite Sandown Zoo.
Closing date for postal entries is 21st September. Print out the form below to enter in advance or register on the day.
