Isle of Wight ‘Grand Design’ revisited

Kevin McCloud returns to the stunning Isle of Wight property designed by Lincoln Miles on Wednesday’s programme.

Fans of Channel4’s Grand Designs will remember the fabulous Isle of Wight property which featured on the programme back in 2010.

Architectural designer Lincoln Miles and artist Lisa Traxler set about converting their 70s bungalow and creating a stunning modern home back in 2009 and the experience was recorded by the programme.

Tomorrow (Wednesday) evening at 9pm, Channel4 will be following Kevin McCloud as he revisits the property two years on, hoping to find out whether the plans to live amongst the beautiful woodland worked out.

We know that Kevin is a big fan of the property, so wonder whether he’ll be tempted to dip his hands in his pocket and a grab himself a great holiday home on the Isle of Wight?

The Island also featured on last Sunday’s Countryfile (11th November).
Adam came here to meet Michael Poland and his award-winning Highland cattle.
