Wight Noize is an initiative that offers young Island musicians the opportunity to be involved in a professional music industry showcase and get constructive feedback from industry professionals.
The funding has been allocated to the region, which includes the local authorities of the Isle of Wight Council, Portsmouth and Southampton City Councils, and Hampshire County Council.
The grant will enable the West Wight Sports and Community Centre to develop its programme of volunteering and supported employment, focused on supporting young people, adults with learning or mental health difficulties, and those returning to work.
