The Rhythmtree World Music Festival returns to Calbourne between 22-24th July 2011.

Taking place at a new venue just up the road from previous years, this small World Music Festival specialises in performances from UK/EU based artists playing African traditional music, Afro-beat, Bhangra, Taiko, Latin, Reggae, Folk, Blues, Klezmer, World Fusion, Cajun and more.

Tickets selling fast
The organisers are really pleased by the amount of interest in this year’s festival from both Island and main-land ticket buyers and it looks like a sell-out this year.

They are also excited by the range of artists they’ve been able to attract to the main stage and have just signed a contract with the BBC GLOBAL NEWS Television Service, to film the event for world wide distribution.

Directions and entrance details
The only way into the festival is off the A3054 Yarmouth Road. There will be plenty of direction signs.

This is very important as there are businesses on Pound Lane that need constant access and we want to be good neighbours to all in the vicinity and not cause any traffic hold ups on the lanes around the festival.

Check Rhythm Tree Festival Website for the latest information and details of how to book tickets.
