Ventnor dominated the beginning of the Planning Committee yesterday afternoon.
As well as approving the development at the Ventnor Winter Gardens, they also considered the plans for the tower at the end of the Mill Bay development.
Readers will remember that the tower was rejected by committee members on previous applications due to the “bland and featureless elevational treatment, lack of detailing and proposed materials”.
The four story building was redesigned and committee members yesterday approved the new design.
