Hampshire Constabulary has charged a man following the death of a 10-year-old schoolgirl in a collision on 24th August last year (2012).
Robert Blakely, 31 from Broadway, Sandown has been charged with causing the death of Evey Staley by driving without due care and attention and while under the influence of alcohol.
Mr Blakely is scheduled to appear at Isle of Wight Magistrates’ Court in Newport on the morning of 2 April 2013.
