Saturday 21 September 2013 is Ventnor Community Day at St Catherine’s Church between 11am and 2pm.
There will be family activities, cakes and face painting. The event will be supported by plenty of local community groups who are there to meet you. Why not pop along, you’re bound to find out something you didn’t know before.
Find out about changes housing and welfare systems
This is also a chance to make information and advice available to members of the public to help ameliorate the effects of the recent changes in the housing and welfare systems.
This will include financial inclusion and employment advice.

Ventnor Timebank will have a treasure table, bring along something you should have taken to the charity shop ages ago and swap it for something else!
Ventnor Timebank’s Anniversary Prize draw for Isle of Wight Steam Railway family tickets is free to enter, just come and find the tardis, while you are filling in your prize draw entry, we will tell you about the project and how local people can get involved.
