Solent NHS Trust have confirmed that the Riverside Vaccination Centre will be closed this coming weekend.
The closure (12th-13th June) has been arranged allow changes to be made to the building in advance of delivering an alternative – for those who need it – to the AstraZeneca vaccination.
Alternative from next week
Solent NHS Trust announced earlier that people over 30 are now able to book appointments at the Riverside Vaccination Centre for the alternative to the Oxford AstraZeneca jab.
New dates and times are being added as appointments become available, but be aware that this won’t be until after the changes are made at the Vaccination Centre this coming weekend.
