Further to yesterday’s post about road closures and diversions during carriageway works in Ventnor, details of the bus diversions have just come through.
If you normally catch a bus from Albert Street or High Street (outside Boots) bus stops, you’ll need to walk to the Central Car Park where buses will be waiting before heading to Newport or Ryde.
Albert Street closure
Albert Street will be closed between High Street and Church Street from 09:00 on Monday 9th May until 09:00 on Tuesday 17th May 2011.
Diversion for route 3 towards Ryde is Spring Hill, left into High Street, wait time at Central Car Park, Trinity Road to continue line of route.
Diversion for route 3 towards Newport is Leeson Road, right into St Boniface Road, left into Spring Hill, leftinto High Street, wait time at Central Car Park, Trinity Road, left into St Boniface Road, Mitchell Avenue to continue line of route.
Diversion for route 6 towards Ventnor is Church Street, High Street (wait time outside Boots)

High Street closure
High Street Ventnor will be closed from 09:00 on Wednesday 18th May 2011 until 17:00 on Tuesday 24th May 2011.
