Pull on a festive knit and get involved with Christmas Jumper Weekend at Tapnell Farm Park this December.
The whole family is invited to go wild with wool and wear their seasonal sweater with pride, as the Park and its residents go silly for a serious cause. With special trails, edible treats and a whole lot of woolly wonderful-ness, you’d be jumper joker to miss out.
Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day
Christmas Jumper madness is set to sweep the nation as schools, offices and homes up and down the country take part in Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day on Friday 16th December.
Here at Tapnell, we’re extending the festive fun across the whole weekend, as we encourage all our visitors to wear their biggest, brightest and silliest Christmas Jumpers as they visit the Farm Park between Friday 16th and Sunday 18th December.
Why?
Festive jumpers have become a modern Christmas staple, and at Tapnell Farm Park we will use any excuse to put on our festive pullovers, especially in support of such a worthwhile cause.
Christmas Jumper Day supports millions of children across the world, helping them to grow up happy and healthy. By wearing your Christmas Jumper and making a donation your support will help Save the Children bring basics such as food, healthcare, education and protection to children all across the globe.
How Do You Get Involved?
If you don’t already have a Christmas knit hanging about in your wardrobe, get creative and jazz up a jumper.
Stick on some tinsel, sew on a few pompoms or even introduce some flashing lights; the snazzier the better.
Bring along your family and friends for a fantastic day out whilst showing off your festive fashion flair.
