In Cllr George Brown’s absence, leader of the council, David Pugh, has today approved the sale of West Wight Middle School to Spectrum Premier Homes Ltd
Spectrum Premier Homes Ltd, who are being treated as a ‘Special Purchaser’ in the disposal of the former school, have offered £825,000 to the council.
The Delegated Decision Notice issued today states that the decision taken
Option a)
i. THAT the property be sold to Spectrum Premier Homes Ltd on the terms proposed,ii. THAT the access agreement with Freshwater Parish Council be approved
iii. THAT the provision of the indemnities and assurances set out in confidential Appendix 3 of the report be agreed
