If you were thinking of heading to Dinosaur Isle this week be aware that it has closed due to Covid.
The Isle of Wight council posted a message on social media saying:
Due to positive Covid-19 cases and staff self-isolating, we have made the decision to close the museum.
The fossil walk on Thursday 21 October will go ahead as planned but no further bookings will be taken.
The safety of visitors and staff is very important to us. Our apologies to anyone who planned to visit. We hope you come along when we reopen.
