The Royal Marines Association (RMA) on the Isle of Wight are running a “Double your Donation” effort in support of The Royal Marines Charity.
This charity helps former Royal Marines in need of support who have been injured during their service career.
It also supports Royal Marines who fought in the last war and require financial help with funerals.
The RMA on the Isle of Wight will match “Pound for Pound” up to £6,000 raised.

IW branch secretary, Terry Goodwin, told News OnTheWight,
“We have to support the men who put their live in harms way to protect us.
“As Winston Churchill said, ‘We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give’.”
