It’s always sad to hear about death, but particularly so when it is someone so young.
We were saddened earlier this week to hear of the death of a 22 year old man in Ventnor. His body was found on Monday at an address in Tulse Hill.
Police tell us that they will not be in a position to confirm his identity until all formal identification procedures are completed, although he has been named locally as Joe Grice.

A Facebook Tribute Group, R.I.P. Joe Grice has been set up for Joe’s friends and family who have been paying their respects online.
They tell us that the death is not being treated as suspicious, but Detectives from Isle of Wight CID are conducting enquiries on behalf of HM Coroner.
