This Saturday afternoon head to Quarr Abbey to get your fix of William Shakespeare.
The Villagers Open Air Drama group will be performing The Tempest.
The play starts at 2.30pm but audience capacity is restricted is make sure you get there in plenty of time. There is free parking and free admission. Access to the Tea Garden for the performance is from 1.45pm.
All welcome to 5pm service
Following the performance, all are welcome to attend a service in the Abbey Church at 5pm.
There will be some seating available, but we advise you to take chairs, cushions, blankets, etc.
Proceeds to walled garden project
Donations are welcome with all proceeds going to the walled garden project by the Friends of Quarr.
