Ventnor Baptist Church is pleased to welcome back Megan Rolf, cellist and Sally Halsey, pianist this Wednesday, 6th April, for a free recital starting at 6pm.
Megan, 14, is an exceptional young cellist who lives near Aberdeen and last weekend came third in the Aberdeen Young Musician competition, despite being much younger than other competitors.
She will be joined by Sally, in playing pieces by Haydn, Popper and Rachmaninov’s hauntingly beautiful Vocalise.
All are welcome to drop in to relax to some great music after a day at work and there will be refreshments.
A retiring collection will be made in aid of the Living Waters Village for displaced children in Borneo.
