The Hampton Trust, who support individuals and families on the Isle of Wight, has been short listed for the Silver Dreams Fund run in conjunction with the Daily Mail.
They’re inviting VB readers to take part in their short survey (should take you about three minutes) for the chance to win a prize and help them win much-needed funding.
The Trust specialises in helping families, children, young people and individuals who, at certain times in their lives, may need additional support to overcome a challenge such as a terminal illness.
What’s the idea?
Their idea is to introduce a free service to help people have a say in what they want to happen at the end of their lives.
The aim is to reduce any potential crisis or emergency situations, possible abuse and ensure each person receives the care and support that matters to them.

By completing the short survey you will be helping them to try and understand if the idea they’ve submitted to Silver Dreams is worth going through to the next stage.
There will be several prizes for taking part in this survey which will be drawn on 14th February 2012.
