It’s been just over a year since Island lads, Justin and Des went out to Romania to help out at a children’s orphanage and about the same time since the very successful charity gig they organised in Ryde.
Given it’s success, they’ve organised another, which takes place on Friday 31st August.
There will be live music with an excellent line up … The Wildoats, Helen Keller, Puzzle Muteson and Rick Stanbridge (Chancers, Apple Beatles, Soul Lounge …)
Laughs will be instigated by the natural comedian, Ollie Ducie. If you’ve ever seen him play out (he plays guitar and sings) you’ll know what I mean. He manages to effortlessly put the audience at ease with his cheeky japes and is great fun to watch.
Apparently there’ll be a magician floating around! Not sure whether this means he’ll be doing his special levitation act, so you’ll just have to go to find out.
On top of all that, there’ll be some top class artwork for the raffle and it only costs £3 to get in.
Action kicks off at 7pm and runs til late. A lot of work goes into organising these events and all proceeds go to the orphanage, so show your support for the great work that these dedicated lads do and have a great night out in the process.
