If you were planning to head over to Newport tonight for the Quay Comedy Open Mic Night, then probably be disappointed, but not surprised to hear that it’s been cancelled.
Confirmed on the bill were a range of Islander funny folk including Sketty Kettner, Adrian Besozzi, Seb Wake, the Mighty Scott Anderson and Richard Quigley himself.
However all is not lost, if happen to be over Ventnor way you might want to head to the Bonchurch Inn instead.
Adrian will be delivering is famous lasagne and chips for just £4 and chucking in some comedy too. We hear on the grapevine than gorgeous Ventnor lass, Hannah George might even put in an appearance too.
