The weekend after next sees the return of open days at Ryde Cemetery.
On 10th and 11th September between 10am and 4pm there is lots going on, including
- “Oh I Do Like to be Beside the Seaside” tableau
- “Meet the Residents” Character Walk at 2pm each day
- Exhibitions: “The Seaside at Ryde” and “Ryde in Summer”
- RSHG research folders available to browse
- Activities for children including dressing-up clothes, colouring and quiz sheets.
It won’t cost you a penny to get in. Why not head down and meet the team, there will also be light refreshments and a bric-a-brac stall.
