Congratulations to Jack Whitewood from the Invent Theatre Group who has been working hard to secure grants for the forthcoming production of The Button Box.
A whopping £1,800 grant has just been awarded from the Isle of Wight Community Fund by the Grassroots Grant panel.
Jack Whitewood who wrote and directed the play says “the production uses the Island as inspiration and hopefully will showcase the dedication and passion of everyone involved.”
The Button Box starts it tour at Quay Arts Centre in Newport on 27th June.
It moves onto Bembridge Village Hall on 4th July, Whitwell Village Hall on 11th July and completes the tour at Trinity Theatre on 18th July.
