Congratulations are in order for all at Christ The King College, after Ofsted rated the school Good in all areas following the Section 5 inspection last month.
The College responds to the latest Ofsted inspection which found the College to be 'Good' with the prospect of moving to 'Outstanding' within 12-18 months.
The Isle of Wight Conservatives' spokesman on education says only five of the nine Isle of Wight secondary school premises are needed and calls for "radical surgery" and a need to "consolidate our high schools".

Christ the King College students were celebrating their first ever A-Level results on a day which saw 100% of students gaining their University applications.
The College reports some excellent GCSE results this year, with some 14% higher than the national average and many individual successes, including Joe Ellis' brother, who despite the incredibly difficult time for the family this summer, managed to achieve superb results. Well done to you all.
The College has been awarded the British Council’s prestigious International School Award in recognition of its work to bring the world into the classroom.
