This weekend sees the return of the Isle of Wight Monkey Run.
It’s the 10th year that Monkey Bike (what’s this?) enthusiasts will gather on the Island.
The event always taking place on the first bank holiday weekend in May.
Saturday morning (10am) sees an Island sightseeing tour set off and the same time on Sunday morning sees the main Around The Island run kick off from Shanklin Esplanade.
We hear that over 200 Monkey Bikes gathered for the annual run last year. Fingers crossed for dry weather this weekend as Monkey Bike enthusiasts from around the country head to the Island to take part.
See the Monkey Run Facebook Page for more details.
