Isle of Wight’s Andy Rigsby will be appearing in a TV documentary next week, thanks to his work as a writer and research.
The Ryde resident is a former Royal Marine and served during the Falklands campaign. He’ll be appearing in Channel 4’s three part documentary that starts on Sunday, titled ‘Murder in the Alps’.
Investigating the 2012 Annecy Murders
Andy explains to News OnTheWight,
“I have been investigating the 2012 Annecy Murders and I will appear on episode three of ‘Murder in the Alps’ on Tuesday.
“I was lucky to have the longest and most in depth interview in 2020 with the first witness, Brett Martin. He was key to the investigation.”
Murder in the Alps will be screened at 9pm on Sunday 26th June, Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th on Channel 4.
‘Sabre Prattling’
A large part of Andy’s writing and research is about gun crime and he’ll will be publishing his next book, ‘Sabre Prattling’ on 30th September.
