Isle of Wight’s Grade 2 band hit by theft during their European tour: Funding appeal launched

Isle of Wight band Grade 2 is currently touring across Europe. Unfortunately, their van was broken into in Milan yesterday, and equipment and personal possessions were stolen.

The stolen items include a passport, a suitcase, laptops, and hard drives. The band is in contact with local authorities to address the situation.

Theft causes major disruption
As you can imagine, this theft is a significant setback for the band. Touring with missing essential items is a logistical nightmare.

The band has had to deal with the stress and inconvenience of the theft while continuing their tour.

Community support sought
To help sort the mess, Grade 2 has set up a GoFundMe page with the aim of raising enough funds to replace the stolen items. At time of publishing they had raised just over £2,000.

The band appreciates any support from fans and the broader community. They believe that every bit of help counts in this difficult time.

Moving forward
Despite the setback, Grade 2 remains determined to carry on. They believe that with community support, they can overcome this unexpected and inconvenient challenge and continue to bring their music to fans across Europe.
