Thank to Paul for sharing this with OnTheWight readers. Ed
This Sunday (27th April) you can find out more about historic buses and vintage vehicles as the Isle of Wight Bus & Coach Museum marks the Federation of British Historic Vehicles Club ‘Drive It Day’.
The Vectis Historic Vehicle Club will be bringing their cars to the Museum at 1.30pm for a 2.30pm start on their road run and the Wolseley Register will be visiting at about 2pm as part of their weekend tour of the Island.
Join us with your classic vehicles
We would love drivers of any classic vehicle to pay us a visit during the day.
Everyone is invited. There will be transport related and ‘retro’ goods for sale as well as hot and cold drinks.
A free classic bus service will link the Museum with the town at least every 30 minutes. So if you don’t have a classic to drive, you can come and ride on one of our buses, or just come for a look around.
