News just in that the council’s website www.iwight.com yesterday won the Hantsweb Award for Best Public Services Website.
Some of the comments from the judge included … “A very good, crisp site. The top navigation was well thought through, e.g. someone’s role (visiting, living, working or learning). Just the right amount of graphics. Good use of forums, just need to take care that they are well supervised and nice to see the CE with a Blog.”
Well done to everyone on the Web Team at IW Council, we expect the champagne corks were popping last night.
Well done also to fellow blogger, NatureNet for their shortlisting in the Best Rural Enterprise Website. They didn’t make it to first place, but should be proud with their runner up position.
