Following the piece before Christmas on planning applications up for public consultation over the Christmas holidays, don’t forget that all comments have to be in by 4pm tomorrow.
This includes the Cheetah Marine revised application for the public esplanade car park (The Chronicle reports that comments on previous application DO NOT count towards to revised plans – however, this is in doubt, as the CPRE has been advised by the Council that previous comments will be carried over – probably best to resubmit comments for safety) and the Land between 35 and 37 Madeira Road – let’s not see another precedent of an out of character building get set in an already full road.
