Whilst out over the weekend I was horrified to find the loos at St Helens beach closed.
I appreciate that the council are making cuts, but do they really expect the visitors and bathers to dress, walk or drive (losing their parking space) to the green .75 miles away.
We are a tourist destination and as such, basic provisions are to expected.
I feel particularly sorry for the elderly and parents with children who come to this idyllic quiet bay for the day.
They expect some facilities, especially after paying the car park fee.
Shame on you Isle of Wight Council.
