Music fans could be in dilemma tonight. There’s a plethora of live gigs lined up around the Island leaving you in the difficult position of having to choose which one to go to.
First up is Live and Local at Ryde Theatre, featuring The Sessions, Papa Do Plenty & Disturbia.
As always the event will be recorded with interviews and live performances broadcast on Glyn Taylors Liv and Local show on Sunday nights on IW Radio 102/7fm between 7-10pm. £3 to get in. Bargain!
Next up, just down the road Eureka machines and Shush make their way across the water to hit the Wight Rock Bar. Only £3 to get in, this should be a good’un.
If you fancy a bit of punk action head overtoe Sandown for Sandownista when X-Directory do their stuff in The Tap in Sandown.
If you prefer something with a softer edge, try the folk rockers down at the Black Seep Bar. The Wild Oats are one of our favourites and sure to deliver a great show.
Finally, from our list of potentials tonight (and we’re sure there are more across the Island in pubs) is Revenge of the Lawn.
Free entry and a cracking night in store for anyone making their way to the Simeon Arms, Simeon Street, Ryde. We know which one we’re going, but which one will you choose?
If for some crazy reason you try to make a bit of all of them – do let us know – pics always welcome.
