Police were called to an assault reported at the Liquid Lounge in Union Street, Ryde, Isle of Wight shortly after 11.20pm on Saturday, September 10, 2011.
A 40-year-old man from Ryde, Isle of Wight received injuries that were not life threatening. He was taken to hospital and later discharged.
A 27-year-old man from Seaview, Isle of Wight was arrested over the alleged assault, questioned in custody, and bailed until November 1, 2011 pending further enquiries.
