The Met Office have issued a Yellow (Be Alert) warning for heavy rain later this week.
They say from noon on Thursday to 5pm on Friday we can expect ….
Persistent rain is expected to set in during Thursday, lasting until well into Friday in many areas, and particularly heavy over hills exposed to the south and southeast. Some improvement seems likely later on Friday, but still with localised heavy showers.
The public should be aware that this may cause some localised issues with flooding.
