You don’t need us to tell you it’s wet and windy out today, but the Met Office have just issued this severe weather warning with more detail.
Valid from noon today (Monday) until 10pm on Monday,
Heavy rain will affect parts of south and southeast England during Monday afternoon and evening, clearing away by late evening.
The public should be aware of the risk of localised flooding and possible minor disruption to transport.
If you’re in a property that’s prone to flooding, make sure you take the necessary precautions.
