A reminder for all film makers that it’s not too late to enter the Minghella Film Festival Short Film Competition.
As regular VB readers will remember, the Festival Competition opened for submissions back in November 2010.
Organisers tell us that they’ve already had 100 entries from all around the world, including Germany, USA, Japan, Canada and Sweden.
Entering the competition won’t cost you a penny but you need to get your entries in before the end of the month.
Inspired by Anthony’s commitment to human rights and his belief in the power of film to communicate important messages, there is also a special category for films that explore issues relating to human rights.
This year there are four categories for the competition:
- Best Drama Short Film Sponsored by Variety
- Best Documentary Short Film Sponsored by Variety
- Best IOW Short Film Sponsored by Screen South
- Best Human Rights Short Film
If you want to enter, check out the official MFF Website for submission details and application forms.
