Since opening last summer, Newport hairdressers Lock Stock and Two Smoking Scissors, have been really successful in building up a strong regular clientèle.
As the salon has evolved and grown, the time for new premises has come.
Last week, saw the team make the move further down the High Street, taking them closer to the centre of things in the Island’s ‘capital’.
Next door to O2
Their new home is now at 135 High Street (where The Nail Emporium previously used to be) which is on the corner of Quay Street, next to O2 and opposite the Guildhall.
Rather handily for anyone who wants to have beauty treatments as well as having their hair sorted, The Nail Emporium haven’t moved far – just upstairs in fact – with Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Scissors taking over the street-level premises.
Hannah still keeping the customers happy
There’s been a slight change to the team since we did our review back in August last year, but Hannah is still head-stylist and keeping things in order there.
As they tend to get busy, best to check before heading up there, as walk-in appointments aren’t always available. You can call them on the same number as before, 530161.
