Hollebon: Scout finance is not difficult
Andy Hollebon, Chair of the Trustee Board at Isle of Wight Scouts, said,
“Like all charities our Trustees have a responsibility to ensure that our finances are well managed.
“We’re seeking individuals who have a bit of spare time and are keen to support Scouting to help young people across the Island develop and progress towards taking their place as citizens in our society.
“Scout finance is not difficult, but it does help if you can use a calculator and a run a spreadsheet!”
No previous involvement necessary
You don’t need to have had any previous involvement in Scouting and these are non-uniformed roles. Full training and support will be provided. You do however need to be supportive of Scouting values:

- Care: We support others and take care of the world in which we live.
