Congratulations to Matt Hitt, the Major Events Fundraiser for Mountbatten.
Back at the beginning of last year (2021) Matt decided to do something himself to raise money for the vital Isle of Wight charity that he works for. He started ‘The Great British Beard Off,’ and set about growing his beard as long as he could.
Over £1,000 raised
One year later the bushy monster on the bottom of Matt’s face came off.
Through his efforts, Matt has already raised over £1,000.
A colleague at Mountbatten said,
“What a fantastic amount of money raised and a big thank you from all your Mountbatten colleagues.”
