Gardeners and allotment holders on the Isle of Wight will be pleased to hear that heavy overnight rain has been forecasted by The Met Office.
They issued a yellow (be aware) warning this morning, valid from 10pm tonight until 8am on Wednesday.
Heavy rain is expected to spread from the southwest on Tuesday evening, affecting many areas overnight before clearing early on Wednesday morning.
The public should be aware of the potential for localised surface water flooding.
