Families and individuals gathered from all over the Island a couple of weeks ago to attend Parklife 2011 – a church organized event which provides free games and activities to the younger generation and their family in a safe and friendly environment.
Something for all ages
Among the various activities being hosted, certain activities such as the face painting and the gladiators duel shone above the rest and gave many people a real thrill.
For the teenagers that attended there was a “teen zone” which provided table tennis, space hoppers and a relaxing zone.
This year’s event played host to musical sensations such as Jake Stimson and the Isle of Wight Gospel Choir.
