As you will have likely heard around town or read on the forum, PC Pete is being transferred to another part of the island at the end of this week.
Despite a number of complaints from businesses and local residents, it seems the decision to remove him from Ventnor will not be reversed (yet).
Pete really threw himself into the job when he was positioned here as beat bobby and has worked hard to bring the community together and kickstart initiatives for Ventnor kids and teenagers.
Ventnor is as good as it gets … and something to be treasured … and we can make it even better
