Police Investigate Suspicious Fire in RydeA suspected arson attack in Ryde on the Isle of Wight is being investigated by police.

Officers were called shortly after 2.30am on the morning of Sunday, November 14, 2010 when it’s alleged a number of people set fire to parked cars and a garden hedge in Great Preston Road.

Several lines of enquiry are being pursued by the Ryde Safer Neighbourhoods team, which is appealing to the community for information about the identity of suspects or anyone seen acting suspiciously in Great Preston Road over the weekend.
