Crosbie: A stalwart of Trinity Theatre for many years
Edna Crosbie, President of CAODS said,
“Dinah has been a stalwart of Trinity Theatre for many years.
“As immediate past-President she saw CAODS through the difficult Covid shutdown period with her normal determination and drive. A lifelong performer and director, Dinah’s dedication to Amateur theatre is outstanding. She is exactly the stuff of great amateur theatres and we’re proud to have her here in Cowes.
“This is her third NODA award as Director and who knows her up-coming show Wife After Death might win her fourth!”
Bowman: Immensely proud and honoured to receive this award
Dinah Bowman said,
“I am immensely proud and honoured to receive this award from NODA and wish to dedicate it to all the members of the cast, backstage, front-of-house and all the many volunteers at CAODS who made Recipe for Murder such a success.
“The Pandemic was particularly tough on all amateur theatres, and I’m delighted that Trinity theatre came through it relatively unscathed and goes forward with renewed passion and creativity.
“I’m not performing in this year’s Christmas Panto … knees a bit dodgy … but urge everyone to come along and enjoy Cinderella. I guaranteed you will love it … OH YES YOU WILL !!! “
