A delegated decision report was released today in connection with the council’s Property Capital Receipts Disposal Programme.
The report details the properties and land owned by the council (excluding schools) expected to be disposed of in the financial year 2011/12 and lists those that ‘may’ be disposed of in the following years 2012-2014.
